In case any worker or employee is injured leading to physical disablement as a result of an accident while working in the Enterprise, the Factory Inspector after getting determined the percentage of disablement of such worker or employee as mentioned in schedule from the medical practitioner recognized by Government of Nepal shall get the compensation paid to such worker or employee by the Proprietor pursuant to Rule 16. Provided that, the determination of percentage of disablement of worker or employee shall not be more than Hundred percent.
